Phosphorescence

Phosphorescent pigment - I don't know anything about this but it has an attraction - it may be useful one day. Look up on google:

Application
1. After recharged by visible light, lamp light, UV light, Ir light for 10~20 minutes, it glows in the dark for 10~12 hours, can be used as additive in transparent medium: paint, ink, plastic, rubber, resin, fibre, printing slurry. 2. Consumer products: garments; shoes∩︀ toys; stationery; watch; switch; novelties; fishing tools and sporting goods; safety products; 3. Area as follows:building; decoration; traffic vehicle; military installations; fire emergency system,etc. 
 Sounds very exciting.

Nancy Spero snippet came along jogging my memory about her and her work.  The deep content expressed in a seemingly simple way and presented in interesting ways.  She is someone whose work I would love to see properly.  Interesting as she was a contemporary of Lynda Benglis - funny how these connections come about by chance sometimes.
